What does "manufacturer-authorised service" mean?
Our technical team works to the procedures of the manufacturers we represent, with their training and authorisation and with original parts. The authorisation covers installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance and corrective interventions.
How do I request a quote and what information is needed?
By email at [email protected] — the "Request a quote" button opens a pre-filled message — or by phone. For a suitable recommendation, include the equipment category, the types of assays, the estimated sample volume and your location (the full list is on the Contact page).
Do you also work with small laboratories or medical practices?
Yes. The portfolio ranges from point-of-care analysers for practices to equipment for clinical laboratories and hospitals; the recommendation is made based on workload and assay menu.
Do you also supply reagents and consumables after installation?
Yes — continuity is a central part of the offer: reagents, calibrators, controls and consumables for the equipment in the portfolio, together with technical support.
What is your geographical coverage?
We work with laboratories across Romania.
What documentation accompanies the equipment?
The devices are in vitro diagnostic medical devices for professional use, delivered with the manufacturer’s documentation. The specifications published on this site come from the manufacturers’ official data sheets, with the source indicated on each product page.
